As such they are seeking a Family Lawyer to join their highly successful team.   
  
This position presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer with at least 3 years PAE to take responsibility for the management of a variety of legal disputes relating to Divorce, Intervention Orders, Child Support and Adult Child Maintenance, Parenting Arrangements and Appeals.
 
To be considered for this opportunity, it is expected that you have the following skills and attributes:  

• not less than 3 years post admission experience in the Australian Family Law space;  
• experience in drafting all manner of Court documents and pleadings; 
• ability to communicate concisely and clearly with clients whilst remaining personable and professional at all times;
• excellent time management skills and a demonstrated ability to meet the demands of a busy practice; and
• ability to draft and advise on financial agreements desirable, but not essential.
