KBE Human Capital is currently seeking a Corporate Lawyer with 2-7 years’ experience to join a leading boutique firm. The team specialises in providing Corporate/Commercial and E&R advise to a diverse range of listed and private local, interstate and overseas clients, with a focus on the mid-cap, junior and micro markets.
This is a rare opportunity for a junior lawyer to work closely with highly regarded Partners with top-tier backgrounds. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of Corporate/Commercial working including mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, as well as related ASX/ASIC compliance and commercial law work. You will be provided with quality training by highly regarded senior lawyers, and operate with extensive autonomy (increasing with experience).
