About the business

About the role
You will be:
- Managing existing clients work and bring in new clients.
- You will be doing a full 360 Litigation Lawyer role and managing a small team you can bring with you or develop.
- You will be responsible for Profit and Loss for the Division and shall earn 50% profit share.
- You shall be advising clients on all aspects of Litigation matters around Industrial Relations, Employment Law, alternatives to unions and Health & Safety.
- You will report directly to the Managing Partner.

Skills and experience
Requirements:
- You will need 5 years PQE and 3 years in either Employment Law, Industrial Relations alternatives.
- You will need to be a good team player and good at managing your own cases.
- You will need to be able to give directions to your own staff member and prioritise your workload.
- You will need to have a degree in Law and be registered with NSW Law Society with a Unrestricted licence, junior staff up to 5 years happy for restricted licences.
- Open to Special Counsel, Partners earn 50% profit share.
