This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and talented Legal Personal Assistant to join this highly regarded and long standing Melbourne Law Firm based in the heart of the CBD. 

This is a newly created role and as such, this Partner and their team are looking for a Legal Personal Assistant who is keen to make this role their own. So if you love using your initiative and pride yourself on your ability to be one step ahead to ensure your Fee Earners day runs smoothly, this role is for you!
 
Supporting a Partner, Senior Associate and a Solicitor, all described as being great to work with, some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
 
• diary management and coordinating meetings
• drafting correspondence
• file management
• dictaphone typing and preparation of documents
• client liaison
• billing and general administrative duties 

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Legal Personal Assistant in Commercial Property together with:
  
• excellent inter-personal skills
• top organisational skills 
• advanced MS Office and typing skills
• a commitment to client service excellence
• a positive and pro-active team attitude
