Are you an experienced junior legal secretary looking to sink your teeth into some exciting matters close to home?
 
We are currently on the hunt for a switched-on professional to join a close knit team working on a mix of litigation matters. This firm is located near public transport, in an eastern suburb about 10km from Melbourne CBD.  

This role will suit someone who has gained experience providing fee earners a high level of secretarial support. This junior role provides an exciting mix matters and you will enjoy collaborating with Partners and the wider team.  
 
Typical duties may include:

• Diary management
• Managing multiple phone lines
• Co-ordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
• Liaising with key clients
• File management
• Drafting and editing correspondence/ documents
• Collating briefs
• Preparing end of month bills

You must be confident in your ability to hit the ground running and be eager to learn.  Your strong technical skills, keen eye to detail and ability to prioritise will ensure your success in this role.

You must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a private practice law firm to be considered for this role.
