THE FIRM

THE ROLE

• Assist clients with a range of commercial litigation matters, in all jurisdictions of the courts, boards and tribunals.
• Handle insolvency and banking matters. 
• Full-time role starting as soon as the right candidate is found.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• You have at least 2 years' experience working as a commercial litigator.
• Strong drafting and writing skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience handling insolvency issues would be highly regarded.
