Owing to growth they now seek to appoint a Defendant Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer to work together with the team in defending personal injury/statutory claims, property damage and recoveries primarily on behalf of national insurer & self-insurer clients. 

The ideal candidate will:

• Defendant Insurance/Personal Injury Litigation and/or WorkCover experience in the range of 1-3 years;
• Experience working in another mid or top-tier firm OR specialist defendant insurance litigation/personal injuries firm;
• Solid academics (please submit with application);
• Ability to think on your feet and managing competing priorities;
• Strong drafting and analytical skills, together with a team-minded approach.
