THE FIRM

• Reputable firm specialising in providing legal support in the areas of Mortgage lending and Funds management.

THE ROLE

• Manage Mortgage files from start to finish including preparation of Mortgage documentation, certifying and arranging settlement and registering of security documents. 
• Manage (primarily residential) Off-the-plan files end to end. Preparing contracts of sale, s32, statement of adjustments and LTO/SRO documents.
• Part-time role starting as soon as the right candidate is found.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• You have at least 5 years' experience working as a mortgage or conveyancing clerk.
• Knowledge of PC Law, PEXA and Duties Online.
• Conveyancing licence would be highly regarded. 
• Must have great attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
