This highly regarded and growing firm based in the inner-west are seeking to recruit a talented Senior Associate with mortgage services experience to be a 21C to the director. He is looking to take step back from the business, so it’s an exciting opportunity offering quick progression.
You will act for small and medium sized lenders in relation to mortgage document, advance and enforcement, due diligence, lending and discharge. This is an exciting time of change for the firm, as it is growing rapidly and they have already secured a number of high profile lenders as clients. As such, they are seeking an ambitious lawyer who is extremely client facing, has proven business development and marketing skills and is hungry to progress their career.
This position will suit a lawyer with at least six years PAE with specific experience in mortgage services with the ability to delegate to and mentor more junior lawyers.
