Due to the expansion of our Family Law Department to Parramatta, we are looking for an experienced new team member to come on board to work alongside our Accredited Specialist Family Law Partner and Associate Solicitor. After an initial short period at our Sydney CBD head office to learn our systems and become familiar with our files, the successful candidate will be based at our Parramatta office within short walking distance from the train station.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, possessing the following qualities:
- 4 – 5 years of full-time post-admission Family Law experience incl. divorce, parenting, property, BFAs, child support, as well as appearing in court on your own.
- Admission to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.
- Current practising certificate from the Law Society of NSW.
- Ability and past experience to meet with new clients on your own and provide sound advice on the law, strategy and entitlements.
- Ability and past experience to time record accurately and fairly.
- Willingness to work hard and treat clients with diligence and respect.
