The role

You will be working at a mid tier law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. As Commercial Secretary you will be supporting a Consultant and 2 Solicitors and your duties will involve digital dictation of documents and correspondence, amending and drafting correspondence, on line searches, end of month billings, diary/email management and general secretarial duties. You will be using Comparto accounting package and Microsoft Word.

Your experience

You will need to have a minimum of 3 years legal secretarial experience. A minimum of 65 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential. You will also have excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise your workload.

Well established law firm based in the Brisbane CBD of 40 staff. Corporate offices. Good salary on offer.
