Lobb & Kerr Lawyers are seeking a full-time junior secretary/receptionist to join our close knit team in Mount Waverley.

This is an entry-level position with immediate start available.

To be considered in this role you must have:

• Accurate typing skills with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills and a friendly and confident telephone manner
• Professional presentation
• Great initative and the ability to work effectively in a term environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to proactively manage changing priorities as required

Your duties will include:

• Ditigal dictaphone typing
• Preparing documents and legal correspondence
• Management and maintenance of files
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Managing diaries and appointments
• Support to legal staff
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Collecting and managing outgoing mail
• Ordering stationery supplies
• Kitchen duties
