There are two roles on offer so if you have at least two years’ experience in an Environment & Planning team you should express you interest. Ideally, one role will suit a candidate with 2 to 4 years’ PAE and the senior position for a 5th + year PAE lawyer.
Joining the Environment & Planning team, you will work on some of the largest and most sophisticated projects in the region and enhance your profile in no time. The energy and mining sectors are bringing this team plenty of interesting work.
Your background will be in Environment and Planning advisory and litigation work. Previous exposure to large-scale projects would be beneficial. The positions will see you working with the Native Title Act, advising on energy and resources projects and managing litigation / disputes in this field. You will provide strategic advice in relation to approvals and permits required for major projects and developments.
