Commencing salary of $116,863 + 9.5% Superannuation.

As the Manager, Law Reform and Policy you are responsible for providing high level legal and policy advice to the Chief Judge, Division Heads, and the Court in responding to, and implementing, legislative and other law reform and policy proposals.

The Manager reports works closely and collaboratively with the Chief Judge's chambers, judges, Registry and Court Administration.  It reports directly to the Director, Governance, and manages the Court's Research function.

You will have a strong knowledge of Victorian law and procedure and understand the current and emerging issues in law reform. With your expertise in policy analysis you will be prepare complex documents in response to legislative changes and other law reform. Demonstrated experience as a criminal practitioner will set you apart.
