If you have 6 to 12 months experience in legal administration, (any area of law) and are now looking to take the next step in your career, this role could be the stepping stone you've been looking for. 

In this role you will provide general administrative assistance to Partners, Lawyers and Senior Legal Assistants, in the Family Law Team, and as such, you’ll be able to continue to learn and develop your skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.
  
Some of your duties will include:    

• assisting with preparing legal documents and drafting correspondence
• diary management and scheduling appointments
• coordinating meetings
• client filing and archiving
• taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate
• billing and expenses
• general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents etc.

Our client is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and team focussed Legal Assistant keen to take the next step. 
  
Ideally the successful candidate will have;  

• a friendly and pro-active team approach
• the ability to use initiative 
• intermediate MS Office and typing skills
• a strong client service focus and willingness to help others
