The Firm
Our client is the Legal team of a multidisciplinary, global organisation. Ever growing, they are committed to delivering world-class advice and solutions to their extensive blue-chip client base.
You will be involved in a:
- High-profile, commercial IT transactions (outsourcing projects/data protection/cyber security);
- Drafting and reviewing of contractual agreements;
- Local and cross-border transactions.
You will be a:
- Common law qualified (UK/AUS/NZ);
- 3-6 years' PAE at the Associate level, with relevant experience;
- Experience gained at a top-tier/international firm.
