Client Details
Our client is a high profile law firm with an exceptional banking and finance team. Due to growth, our client is seeking to appoint a bright, talented banking and finance lawyer with 3-6 years’ PQE.
Description
Working together with several leading partners, you will advise both lenders and borrower clients including large corporates, property developers, funds, banks and financial institutions. Your work mix will be broad and varied and will include advisory and transactional work across corporate finance, property finance, project finance, refinancings, restructuring and insolvency.
Profile
This role would suit a top tier lawyer looking to diversify their skillset and client base. Alternatively the role would suit a candidate with a similar firm background looking to work on high quality work in a collegiate team atmosphere.
Australian qualified banking lawyers returning from working overseas in a Magic/Silver Circle law firm are also encouraged to apply.
Ideally you have a strong academic background, excellent banking and finance experience, a team focus and a pragmatic commercial approach. You are enthusiastic about progressing your career as a banking and finance lawyer.
