We are a boutique and growing practice on the Sunshine Coast. We specialize  in all areas of Family, Relationship and De facto law. We focus on alternative dispute resolution through collaborative law, arbitration and mediation.

Job tasks and responsibilities

You will be responsible for:-

• Conducting new client interviews and maintaining files.
• Attending mediation, arbitrations and collaborative meetings.
• Provide written and verbal advice to clients.
• Attend the Family, Federal Circuit and Magistrates Courts.
• Network within the community though various avenues.

Skills and experience

You ideally will:

• Have up to 2 years + PAE in family law, domestic violence.
• Knowledge of LEAP Legal software would be an advantage.
• Be hard working and passionate about family law.
• Have respectable reputation and good references from previous employers.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Be capable of completing complex property matters and parenting matters,  also resolving domestic violence issues.
• Have exceptional work ethic and be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise. 
• Have a personable and collaborative approach to Family Law.
