DGP Legal partners with leading Sydney firms of all sizes to help employers and job-seekers connect and careers to grow! At present we have numerous litigation roles with prominent CBD firms and are looking for talented Legal Secretaries and Paralegals with a background in litigation to join the team.
Duties include:
- Opening and closing files;
- Diary management and booking appointments;
- Liaising with clients, Barristers and other parties;
- Drafting correspondence;
- Preparing court forms;
- Preparing briefs to Counsel and Experts;
- Editing documents;
- Familiarity with court documents
- Filing documents online and at Court;
- Billing; and
- General administration tasks.
Required Skills:
- Min. 18 months legal secretarial experience;
- 2 years' paralegal experience
- Solid litigation experience;
- Can-do attitude;
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual;
- Strong computer skills; and
- Eager to learn.
