This “pre-eminent” construction team with diverse industry coverage continue to go from strength to strength! Local, National and Global projects.
The team specialise in all areas of construction and engineering projects and act for developers, owners, contractors and project companies.
Due to increased activity, this is a newly created role which will see you working closely with congenial Partners as well as an experienced and cohesive team of lawyers. The transaction list includes delivering a range of projects, strategies and PPP’s across a variety of industries. You will be involved with all aspects of the preparation and negotiation of a range of documentation, such as: maintenance/operation agreements, tripartite finance agreements, construction contracts etc.
If you have strong experience in construction /engineering area, ideally with PPP experience and are seeking a role with unparalleled opportunity for excellent quality work and brilliant career prospects, then this progressive national team presents as an outstanding lateral career opportunity.
