The Company
Our client is a Melbourne CBD based law firm led by a group of expert lawyers offering a full range of services across a number of practices including Commercial, Corporate, Family law, Property and Intellectual Property.
The Role
Our client is seeking a property legal secretary to join their team. You will be working in a very busy environment and will be responsible for the following Secretarial and PA tasks:
- Diary Management
- Audio Typing
- Drafting and preparing correspondence
- Preparing legal documents
- Travel Arrangements
- Organising meetings
- File Management
- General day-to-day administration support
You
To be successful in this role you MUST have at least 2 years solid experience supporting the Partner level within legal private practice. You will also have excellent technical skills and an upbeat resilient attitude that truly thrives in a fast paced environment.
