ROLE

You can expect to be challenged with a wide variety of Corporate M&A matters.
Their clients are well-positioned in the mid and upper strata of the corporate world and they are assertive in terms of their corporate activities and market confidence.
Work mix is predominantly regulated Corporate M&A; Takeovers; IPO's; Back Door Listings; Capital Raising; Corporate Advisory; and Corporate Governance.
High quality work in across a range of industries.
Listings on the ASX, NSX, AIM, HKSE, BSE, and TSX among others.

CANDIDATE

You will have 3 to 12 Years PAE.
Solid academic record (not necessarily honours).
You will come from a mid to top-tier firm and will have experience in regulated M&A.
You will feel confident in your ability to add value in a variety of ways including using your initiative as well as being lateral in your thinking and strategic in terms of your technical skills.
