As one of the largest employers in the NT, our client who supply the electricity generation and retail services across the region are seeking a Corporate Lawyer for a minimum of 3- 6 months to commence employment immediately.

The Corporate Lawyer will provide a range of specialised legal advice and services to internal clients, undertaking general commercial work across a wide range of matters. The incumbent will also provide advice in administrative law, employment law, dispute resolution jurisdictions and the management of litigation matters, as required.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience and demonstrated abilities:

• 4-5 years minimum post admission experience
• Advice on regulatory and client issues in respect of existing services as well as trading related issues
• Corporate/commercial/litigation experience
• Proven capability in managing teams
• Experience in handling matters within the utilities industry or similar
• In-house Legal experience
