- Too often the size of the teams at the bigger top-tier, global and even the bigger nationals means that you get siloed to a small pocket of these as they come through
- This setting is different; they are relatively lean allowing more autonomy and wider ownership
- That said, they are well resourced with local grads / paralegals to minimise the grunt-work and administrative burden
- They also have an excellent research / resourcing centre that is available to the global network; allows a lot of document review / DD to be handled internally on your behalf
- Orientation towards the principal and sponsor side of the ledger rather than contractor disputes
- Act on some of the most significant projects including adjudication, arbitration and litigation
- Emphasis is on large scale resources and infrastructure projects without being constrained by state lines
You will bring a minimum of five years PAE in a reputed construction / disputes practice, have strong academics and aspirations for Senior conversion.
