YOUR ROLE

As a KEY member of this 1st class boutique commercial law firm, being mentored by 2 top calibre partners [ex top-tier lawyers], you will love resolving/advising on a  multitude of intellectually stimulating, challenging and interesting commercial issues including:

• Business ownership structures+ rights/obligations of partners/shareholders/directors;
• Commercial contracts;
• Sale/purchase of business/shares/franchising;
• Financing;
• Terms of Trade, Procurement+ Supply;
• Employment law;
• Intellectual Property/IT transfer+ licensing;
• Business succession.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• have 3+ years’ experience as a commercial lawyer and can manage your own files;
• have strong academics;
• have strong technical legal, research, drafting skills;
• have outstanding communication+ client management skills;
• are practical, commercial, dead-line driven and results-oriented;
• have a mature mind-set, are teachable+ hungry to learn+ grow.
