THE ROLE:
As the most senior lawyer in the team under an industry renowned Partner take a lead role on major matters including instructing counsel and being the sole representation for the firm. With a strong team of Associates and just awarded Senior Associate Lawyers assist in client management, workflow and mentoring in dispute resolution across construction, infrastructure and building.
NATURE OF THE WORK:
The clients include national government, principal and sponsor clients with the opportunity to undertake 3-6 month secondments across a couple of key clients in the design & construct and contractor space which allow further exposure to front-end construction matters. Recent matters include Supreme Court litigation, arbitration and Security of Payment adjudications.
THE FIRM:
The firm operates internationally with a strong reputation across the Partners and the team within Australia. The Partner is known for being a supporter of progression through the firm and has successfully mentored two Lawyers into Partnership roles.
