YouYou will be a workers' compensation lawyer at the Senior Associate level who has Defendant workers' compensation experience.
The role
Report to one Partner who undertakes coal mine work and provide advice to a few insurers and NSW Government Departments including Health, Education and emergency services including NSW Police, Fire & Ambulance.
You will be involved in several jurisdictions including the Workers' Compensation Commission and the District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court.
