The Opportunity
This highly successful Mid tier Law Firm with around100 staff are now looking for a Commercial/Property Lawyer to join the team and act on behalf of high net worth individuals, small and large private entities on an interesting mix of corporate, commercial and property matters.
You will be providing strategic and cutting edge advice on matters which may include but are not limited to:
- Sales, mergers and acquisitions of companies;
- Leasing;
- Property development and subdivisions;
- Banking & Finance matters; and
- General corporate/commercial advisory matters.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years PAE in corporate, commercial or property law.
