The Opportunity
We are looking for excellent Junior and Senior Legal Assistants / PA's / Legal Secretaries / Receptionists / Administrative Assistants for excellent temporary/short assignments.
Our clients range from small to mid/top tier law firms, government agencies and global companies who from time to time require someone to step in and provide vital support to professionals and executives of all levels including family law, commercial litigation, wills and estates, property, tax and loads more!
Our temporary assignments range from short to long term (3-6 months) or on a day by day basis.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidates MUST have:
- At least 6 months experience in the legal industry although senior candidates are also encouraged to apply;
- Excellent typing and diary management skills; and
- Strong communication and phone skills.
Candidates with overseas law experience will be considered.
