Perform quality commercial litigation and insolvency work for a range of corporate clients.

About the role –
- Conducting large and complex commercial litigation matters with a strong emphasis on partnership and shareholder disputes, insolvency law, contract disputes and corporations and securities matters.
- Conducting public examinations and pursuing voidable claims on behalf of insolvency practitioners.
- Defending unfair preference claims.
- Priority disputes between security holders.
- Providing high level advice to our clients.
- Conducting your own files and working as a team on larger matters.
About you –
- At least 3 -5 years post admission commercial litigation experience.
- Established drafting, procedural and technical skills, particularly in contract and insolvency litigation.
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Enjoys being a primary contact point for key clients.
- A team player who is focused on achieving exceptional client outcomes and building strong relationships.
