The Firm
Small, well regarded, busy and growing practice with offices in North Lakes, Everton Park and the CBD. We have experienced substantial growth in the past year which has opened up additional roles. The firm undertakes Family Law matters as well as matters in Wills and Estates and Conveyancing. Our lawyers are assisted by an experienced and motivated team of support staff. The Role
The successful applicant must be hard working and passionate about family law. You will have an excellent reputation and strong credentials. You will be confident in your abilities, have strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail. You will have strong experience in both child and property matters including experience in representing clients at Court at an interim level, preparing matters for trial and instructing Counsel. Experience in conveyancing would be well regarded although not necessarily part of the advertised role.
We are seeking a lawyer who is able to hit the ground running with a case load of private clients (no legal aid). You must be at a level where you are able to work autonomously but also able to work well as part of the team.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have 4 years + post admission experience however candidates with extensive experience but less than 4 years PAE may be considered.
Please Note - this role will be split between the North Lakes and the Everton Park Office with set days each week in each office. Role offers some capacity to work from home if desired.
Conditions
Salary is commensurate with experience. We also have an attractive bonus scheme. You may be seeking to work full time or on a permanent part time basis.
