The Company
Our client is a leading law firm specialising in Personal Injury, WorkCover, Transport accidents, public liability, medical negligence and insurance areas. They have various branches across Melbourne and this one is located in Ballarat so if you want to work close to home for a national powerhouse then this is the role for you!!
The role
A temporary position has become available in the firm to cover leave for 2-4 weeks. You will be working alongside a Senior Paralegal handling workcover matters. Your role will be a high volume so experience is essential!
Your responsibilities will include;
- Answering and managing incoming calls
- Diary Management
- Hands on with files and liaising with clients
- Preparation of court documents and briefs
- Organising medical appointments
- File Management
- General day-to-day administration support
You
To be successful in this role you will have 2 years proven experience in a similar legal role within Workcover and Personal Injuries. You will also have excellent technical skills and most importantly an upbeat team focused attitude and a smile on your face!
