An opportunity has arisen to join one of the country's leading Construction teams as an Associate level Construction Lawyer. The firm have a strong reputation in WA and other Australian jurisdictions with a long established and loyal client following, and an exceptional team of supportive Partners.
Focusing on front end advisory matters, this role will involve advising clients from a variety of industry backgrounds across the following areas:
- Construction contracts
- Tenders, EPCM, and PPP's
- Market risks and strategic objections
- Relationship and partnering contracts
- Risk/reward and loss share/gain contracts
- Agreements for lease/development projects
- Third party rights and agreements
The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in front end construction matters with a passion to specialise in this area.
