We are recruiting a new role for a highly regarded boutique commercial practice. The firm is eager to speak to commercial lawyers with anywhere from around 3- 7 years PQE, looking to expand their skill set, under the guidance of Partners from solid top tier backgrounds. 
  
The role will involve general commercial work across franchising, M&A, procurement, JVs, commercial contracts etc. This is a unique role providing dual pathways for applicants into in-house or private practice and critically also enabling candidates to expand their skill set beyond one particular discipline. This ability to transfer between disciplines and skill up in areas outside existing expertise is unique.
  
The practice services an impressive client roster, with a heavy FMCG focus. You will be exposed to a number of major brand name clients. In addition, part of the firm's business model is to regularly second lawyers into clients giving you the valuable experience of working and experiencing an in-house environment, hence the in-house pathways which they will be happy to discuss at interview. 
  
The role itself is quite broad and applicants will either come from a general commercial background and will be technically proficient but also personable and well grounded, with the ability to strike a rapport and deal directly with clients, sometimes on secondment.   
  
Salary package will be commensurate with experience - in line with mid/top tier market rates.
