Our client is a leading Australian legal practice offering a full business law service to many of the region's pre-eminent corporations. It has a great local culture and is widely admired for its professionalism and as a preferred place to work.  
  
The Role 
  
The firm is looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate level Banking and Finance Lawyer to join its listed banking group in Melbourne. The role is to work with three Partners in a core practice including:

- Corporate finance
- Acquisition and leveraged finance
