Currently, they have a requirement for a committed, experienced and enthusiastic Senior Legal Secretary to join their worldwide recognised Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group!
The Position
Coordinating 2 legal secretaries within this dynamic and highly collaborative team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing workflow requirements;
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed;
- Managing leave requests of secretaries to ensure sufficient cover;
- Liaising with HR in relation to resource requirements;
- Delegation of tasks;
- Assisting where needed.
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5 experience as a legal secretary; Intellectual Property experience desirable;
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to manage a team
- A pro-active ability to maintain high quality work with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with Commercial law
- A demonstrated ability to organise workloads to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced organisational and multi-tasking skills
