Our client is seeking an experienced trademarks secretary who loves what they do and this is reflective in the level of service they provide their team. We are looking for an experienced secretary with previous experience in patents/trademarks who is available for an immediate start who can commit for 1-2 months with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of the team.
The Role:
The Trademarks Secretary role places absolute emphasis on providing superior administrative and secretarial support. Showcase your organisational, attention to detail and time management skills and experience in this role.
Your duties will cover a variety of tasks (not limited to):
- Drafting, reviewing and preparing correspondence and documentation
- Managing documentation and correspondence including taking a proactive approach to producing correspondence
- File management
- Diary and email management
- Co-ordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Billing
About you:
- Enthusiastic and dedicated approach
- Ability to develop rapport with others quickly and maintain relationships
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proactive approach with a real desire and enjoyment of anticipating the needs of others
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Outstanding attention to detail skills
