The Firm
Our client is a large National law firm. They value their legal support staff and endeavor to provide career options and opportunities to develop your skills. This role is located within their Melbourne office.
The role
This role is working within their Family Law team supporting a team of Solicitors. You will be providing full legal secretarial support to to this very busy team. Your knowledge of Family Law will allow you to be more hands on with matters and provide assistance so the team can manage the higher level tasks that need their attention.
Great client managment skills is very beneficial in this role and the ability to multi task and keep the work flowing is essential.
Who are you?
You will ideally have gained several years working in a family law role or have gained some exposure to it and have found that you are extremely interested in pursuing a career in this field. You will be the person who loves to step up and assist with anything you can to relieve time pressure on your fee earner. You will have a great attitude to client service and experience dealing with clients who are going through possibly some difficult times. You will have great Microsoft office skills and the experience with creating and amending documents.
