Join one of the world's leading law firms! This is a refreshing, exciting and challenging role for a Junior Patent Administrator. 

You will play a vital role and will be faced with demanding and intellectually stimulating work. 
  
As a Patent Administrator your role will include:

• Drafting correspondence and generating letters
• Database management 
• Adding and updating new clients and information into the database
• Ensuring data is consistent and accurate
• Liaising with patent attorneys, foreign associates/agents 
• Ensuring deadlines are met and reminders are actioned 
• Registering patent applications
• Acting on instructions from clients in regards to patent renewals
• Billing and responding to general enquires in relation to patent renewals
• Other administrative duties

To succeed, you will ideally have 1 - 2 years' experience in legal, preferably IP.
