The Firm

This well renowned Global Law Firm is recruiting for their new Payroll Officer. With over 2,000 lawyers across over 40 locations globally, this firm is continually expanding and commited to their growth in the market. The Role 

In this position you will be an expert in HRIS Systems and Payroll. You will be maintaining the life cycle in the HR System from start to finish. You will also be taking care of payroll on a fortnightly basis.
Some other duties and responsibilties will include: 

• Managing any issues with HRIS System and providers 
• Overseeing casual employees time sheets 
• Monthly Reconciliations of payroll 
• Update and maintain all polcies and prcedures to meet legisatlative requirements 
• Maintain all employee records, including training employees on using online leave and payroll systems 

The Candidate 

You will be a person who trvies off working hard, striving for efficiency of processess. You will take initiative in implementing new policies and procedures to assist a changing work envrionment. 
As a minimum you will hace: 

• Recent experience using HRIS Systems 
• Ideally hold a Bachelor's degree
• Confidence and recent experience with processing payroll
