We are a well established reputable legal practice based in Kingsgrove. We are looking for a experienced Commerical/Property Solicitor to join our team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work calm in a busy environment. Will demonstrate high level of communication skills, and be able to manage a large volume of files with excellent attention to detail. 

Key Duties include:

• Day to day running of conveyancing files
• Managing files start to finish
• Preparing of transfer documents and other required conveyancing forms
• Arranging settlements with all parties, completing pre-settlement documents
• Liaising with clients and other parties.
• Preparation of leases
• Preparation of option agreements
• Preparation of loan documents
• Preparing sale and purchase of business documents
• Setting up companies and Trusts

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• work autonomously and as part of a team
• work well under pressure
• demonstrate a very high level of attention to detail 
• understanding of property law and conveyancing principles and practice
• excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and stable career history
• managing own conveyance files
• Experience with Leap and PEXA
