A well respected and established law firm in Kingsgrove is currently seeking an enthusiastic Litigation Solicitor to join its practice.

The role is a litigation role providing exposure to a wide range of legal matters with a focus on Civil Litigation, Building and Construction matters and Wills and Estate matters.

The successful applicant will:

• Appearing before the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court
• Attending conferences with clients and barristers
• Preparing Briefs
• Drafting Court documents
• Attending mediation and hearings

We are seeking a Solicitor who possess the following:

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role post admission
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage their own time
• Must have a keen eye for detail and adopt a commercial dispute resolution approach on matters
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, team based environment
• Experience with Leap 
• Fluent in both English and Greek
