Owing to their continued success & sustained growth, they are now able to offer a Commercial Property lawyer with a strong Leasing background to take the lead in their Property & Leasing team!

About this role...
Fundamentally this role will involve providing timely, commercially astute and strategic advice to a high quality clientele to deliver their desired outcomes. Working with a range of clients on a variety of stimulating and complex matters across all aspects of commercial, industrial and residential conveyancing (including off the plan and subdivisions), retail and commercial leasing work (landlords & tenants) and general commercial property work (eg. sales, purchases & developments).

Suitable candidates...

• Our client is looking for someone who has proven experience and technical expertise in all aspects of Commercial Property work, covering the above outlined areas, together with strong leadership/management skills to head up the team;
