Our client is a highly regarded, hugely successful National law firm. Throughout this firm there are teams of highly experienced professionals, and their construction team is no exception with a proven track record in successfully providing their clients' favourable outcomes to often complex, lengthy and high collateral/$ value disputes.

This role will be based in their Melbourne office....where you work closely with highly esteemed Partner(s)/colleagues.  This leading national law firm is seeking to add further depth in their construction practice to continue developing & servicing an already impressive public/private clientele.  

Focussing on Construction Litigation our client is open to considering candidates at around Associate/Snr. Assoc. level (ie. 5+ yrs p.a.e.) with solid expertise in Construction Disputes gained within a recognised team of similar mid-top tier national/international law firm or other recognised specialist construction law practice.

Working closely with esteemed Partners, you will continue to develop your expertise with access to strong mentors & career growth opportunities whilst handling broad-ranging matters that may include litigation involving: developers; construction corporations; contractors and  insurers, for both private and public high quality clients.

To be successful in this role:-

• You need thorough local knowledge and have have plenty of 'hands on' file/client management experience;
• You will assume responsibilities in managing complex matters, including matter procedures and deadlines, with appropriate Partner supervision;
• You will be capable of handling complex drafting requirements with minimal Partner involvement;
• You will be able to communicate with high level client management, demonstrating a strong understanding of the client's business and managing/meeting client's expectations;
• You will demonstrate leadership qualities by contributing ideas in a way that inspires others..
