Due to growth and success within the firm's Funds Transaction Group in Sydney, which is known to be the best in Australia, a new position has opened up for a technically excellent Funds Associate between 3 and 6 years' post admission to come on board.

The Funds Transactional Group

This role involves working alongside the best Funds Transaction Lawyers not only in Australia but worldwide. Your career will go from strength to strength with further development from 'leading lights' in this space.

The Funds Group in Sydney is regarded as the best in this practice area bar none, it is as simple as that. The work they do is largely transactional and involves advising funds on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions as well as investing. They advise the banking and regulatory sectors and are instrumental in developing industry standards and guidance in relation to money laundering guidelines, tax issues and compliance on investments.

You

For success in this role, you will be an accomplished and dedicated Funds Lawyer with a strong background from a similar and well known law firm coupled with excellent academics. Ideally you will have 3 to 6 years' post admission experience in Funds Management and be well versed in the area.
