The Company

Our client is a leading global professional services company that provide a broad range of insurance, risk and structured health solutions. Due to growth, their in-house legal team in Sydney are looking to hire an experienced and talented Corporate or Commercial Litigation Solicitor between 3 and 6 years' post admission.

The quality Corporate work and client contact are still in abundance, the salary and bonus are terrific but there are no billable hours or working the long hours normally associated with privater practice.

The Role

This rarely seen in-house position will suit someone with an excellent grounding in Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate structures, financing, ASX listing, Corporate governance and day to day Commercial business activities. In the alternative, you will come from a reputable and well known law firm and specialise in Commercial Litigation as full training will be provided for those looking for something a bit different. Ideally you will come from a highly regarded mid or top tier firm either within Australia or overseas and will be between 3 and 6 years' post admission.
