The Role

Due to growth within the team in Sydney, our law firm client is looking for a Senior Employment Lawyer from a reputable firm seeking to make a move for the long term. 

Their Employment Law team holds firm to a basic principle- people can be unpredictable. Employment law isn't only about the law it's about the people too and that all important human component. This role will see you join a team who aren't just lawyers. They wear many hats- human resources managers, advisors, counsellors, partners, hand holders and litigators.

You will join a team built on success and years of combined experience. Their Employment team acts as an outsources HR function that gives advice across the board. from compliance, policies and contracts to superannuation OH&S, disputes and performance management.

This is a team that recognises that there is no 'one size fits all' solution to employment law issues - they take each situation on a case by case basis.
