The firm
Our client is a well-respected commercial law firm. The property practice works on a range of matters, including leasing issues, multi-purpose property development, industrial property development, and acquisitions and disposals of real estate. The team has an outstanding reputation working for some of Australia’s biggest corporations in relation their property matters as well as working with prominent government agencies.
The role
Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer at the 4 to 6 year level. You will be working for a seasoned partner who enjoys developing their lawyers and providing the best service to their clients. A flavour of the work will include property development, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, due diligence, and development of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. You will also be involved in major project work and due diligences.
Requirements
Ideally you will have gained your experience in a well-recognised property team. Whilst technical skills are a must, you will also be expected to demonstrate a practical and commercial approach. Of utmost importance is your client management and service skills.
You will have at least 4 years post admission experience, a strong background in leasing work as well as sales and acquisitions.
