KBE Human Capital has been briefed to secure a junior to mid-level Workplace Relations Lawyer to join a rapidly growing ER/IR team within a leading firm. The firm has gone from strength to strength after numerous appointments in recent months and are looking to add a motivated Junior Lawyer or Associate to their team.
The successful candidate will work across a diverse range of ER/IR matters under the mentorship of highly respected Senior Associates and Partners. You will work with the firm's well established publicly listed and significant private client base whilst developing into a leading ER/IR lawyer.
We are interested in speaking with Workplace Relations Lawyers with 2-5 years' PAE from a leading national / international or boutique firm. You will bring strong technical ability with excellent communication skills and drive, as well as an openness to learning and some interest in business development.
This particular team provides a significant level of responsibility and client contact for Junior Lawyers at this level. This is an opportunity to join a highly successful team with a truly supportive and innovative work environment.
