Working 8.30 am to 5 pm, this role will require you to provide top level secretarial support to 3 authors (including a very busy Partner) who focus on Corporate/Commercial transactions. This team likes you to be involved in all aspects of their day and you will play in important role in the successful running of the practice. Your duties will include, though not limited to:
- Diary management
- Preparation of document and correspondence preparation (including track changes)
- Extensive client liaison
- Dictaphone typing
- Travel arrangements
- Monthly billing
- File management
The successful candidate for this role will be polished, professional, well spoken, possess a can-do attitude and have previous experience as a legal secretary. This team are looking for someone switched on, has strong attention to detail, is confident and mature in their approach and one-step head of the game. A team-player who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive environment will be best suited to this vacancy. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is fast and accurate typing.
